Privacy
Your privacy
The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and does not track you.
Who is responsible
Jovian Creative AS, org. no. 930 966 495, Glimmerveien 18, 1487 Hakadal, Norway, is the controller for personal data processed through this site. Cozy Tint is our pen name. Contact us at contact@cozytint.com.
Visiting the site
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To send you a page and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- No cookies or similar technologies are stored on your device.
- Fonts and images are served from this site; nothing is loaded from other companies’ servers.
- The coloring studio runs entirely in your browser. Pages you color are never uploaded.
- Free pages are direct downloads. You don’t need to give us anything to get them.
Links to Amazon
Our books are sold by Amazon. When you follow a link to Amazon, Amazon’s own privacy notice applies there.
The newsletter
If you sign up, we use your email address to send you news about new Cozy Tint books and free pages, about twice a month, based on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); markedsføringsloven § 15). Nothing is sent until you confirm your sign-up from the email we send you, and every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe at once.
- What we keep: your email address, when you agreed, which version of the sign-up wording you agreed to, and the page you signed up on. That record is how we can show you agreed.
- Opens and clicks: our email service tells us whether a newsletter was opened and which links in it were clicked, so we can tell which books and pages readers like. You agree to this when you sign up, and unsubscribing ends it.
- How long: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only what we need to show that you once agreed, and that you withdrew.
- Who sends it: Kit Inc. (Idaho, United States), which stores data on Amazon Web Services in the US. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where needed, under Kit’s data processing agreement.
The sign-up form sends your address to our own server, which passes it to Kit. It is never shown in a web address or stored in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent at any time. To use these rights, contact us. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
